Privacy Policy

What this site is

This is a public company and portfolio site. You can browse pages, read the blog, visit the store listing, and send a contact message. There is no account system and we do not run advertising or analytics pixels.

Information we collect

Contact form

If you submit the contact form we receive the name, email address, optional subject, and message you type. We also store the approximate time of the submission, your IP address, and browser user-agent. Those last items are used to rate-limit spam and investigate abuse.

Submissions are written to a log on our server and emailed to contact@pixelspacetech.com when outbound mail is configured.

Server and proxy logs

Like most websites, our reverse proxy records request metadata (IP address, time, URL, user-agent, TLS details) for security, uptime, and troubleshooting. Logs are not used for marketing.

What we do not collect here

• No user accounts, passwords, or payment cards on this site
• No tracking cookies, advertising IDs, or third-party analytics
• No sale of personal information

How we use information

• To read and reply to messages you send us
• To operate, secure, and debug the website
• To limit automated spam on the contact form

Third parties

• Email delivery (SMTP). Contact messages may pass through our mail provider so we can receive them.
• Let’s Encrypt. TLS certificates are issued by Let’s Encrypt; that process uses the domain name, not your form contents.
• Google Fonts. Pages load fonts from Google. Google may see your IP address. See Google’s privacy policy.
• GitHub. The portfolio page may request public repository data from GitHub’s API in your browser. See GitHub’s privacy statement.
• eBay. Store links go to eBay. Purchases and accounts there are governed by eBay, not us.

Retention

Contact submissions are kept so we can respond and maintain a record of inquiries. We delete them when they are no longer needed for that purpose, or sooner if you ask us to erase a message you sent (unless we must keep it for security or legal reasons). Proxy logs are rotated in the ordinary course of operations.

Your choices

You do not have to use the contact form. Email us instead at contact@pixelspacetech.com. You may request access to or deletion of a contact submission that identifies you.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the effective date on this page.
